These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Eventify ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Bookings and Financial Terms

Hosts dictate the pricing for their spaces. Eventify charges a service fee for bookings made through the platform to cover operational costs. All payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation policy selected by the Venue Host (e.g., Flexible, Moderate, Strict). Please review the cancellation policy on the venue listing carefully prior to booking. Eventify service fees are non-refundable unless a host cancels a confirmed booking.
